Management of a primary platform that supports Financial Services accounts, including large scale, national programs
Position is critical to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support of clients and consumer accounts, including interface with vendor leadership, senior leaders across the organization, technology, product, project, sales, operations and other key business functions
This team also is responsible to ensure seamless integration to Financial Services for new large business wins such as Disney and ADP that have complex and customized plan features
Hire and lead support team
Responsible for managing approximately 4 direct reports as part of the span of control
Develops functional, market level, and/or site strategy, plans, production and/or organizational priorities
Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems outside own team
Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact entire functions and/or customer accounts (internal or external)
5+ years of professional business experience using business process and data modeling tools and methods
2+ years of experience managing a team
Vendor oversight experience
Experience managing large complex projects and success in juggling multiple tasks and issue resolution
Intermediate proficiency MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
