The hours will start anytime between 6am - 9am ending between 3pm - 6pm M-F with the rotating Saturday- Training for the first 2 weeks will be from 8am-4pm.Inbound calls with dealersSupports and maintains its suite of software solutions for automotive service departments. Our goal is to create long term customer partners by understanding and owning the issue, quickly and efficiently finding the correct solution, and verifying our resolutions through \"Closing the Loop\" with each customer.In this position you will:- Handle inbound and outbound customer service and support calls from customers and customer support- Effectively troubleshoot systems, software, and any potential obstacles that prevent the end user from utilizing our products effectively- Escalate advanced troubleshooting cases in a timely manner- Provide a quality Customer Service Experience- Coordinate work efforts and report status- Support ad-hoc data analysis and product support tasksRequired Skills:- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support Position- Experience Supporting Dealerships is Major plus- Ability to work in a team environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPlus Skills:- Experience with DMV , Auto Tag and/or Title Services- Knowledge of Automotive industry (Vin Numbers, Vehicle Registration, Loan Processing)- Experience Supporting Dealerships is Major plus
